(AP) Supporters of immigrants' rights are excited about momentum on the issue of allowing "Dreamers" to pay in-state tution.

A total of 15 states now have stututes that allow students, whose parents illegally enter the U-S, to do just that.

Among the requirements is residency, more specifically how many years a "Dreamer" has lived in a state.

About a half dozen other states are considering such bills.

Supporters are also hoping these students will soon be eligible for state financial aid, including scholarships and grants.
